Heel-up vs heel-down: what made you choose your approach?

When it comes to playing the drums, some drummers tend to prefer heel down, whereas others tend to prefer heel up when they play.

As a drummer yourself, do you prefer heel up or heel down when playing? What makes this option better for you?

I use the heel down because the other way is weird it doesn't feel natural to me.
